The ICWF fee to be charged w.e.f. 01st April 2025 is given below:

In terms of Gazette of India Notification No. 704 G.S.R. 1027(E) dated 16/08/2017 (Published on 18/08/2017), henceforth, the following fees would be levied for all Consular, Passport, Visa etc. services w.e.f. 01.06.2019 towards a fee for Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) in South Africa/ Lesotho for carrying out welfare activities for Overseas Indian Citizens in distress.
